This detached home in the semi-rural village of Iveston offers flexible accommodation over three floors, with gardens and an adjoining field extending to approximately two acres.

The ground floor includes an entrance porch/dining area, two reception rooms, an open-plan fitted kitchen with gas-fired Aga, utility/living/dining space and a bathroom. One reception room has an inset wood-burning stove.

The first floor provides four bedrooms, a family bathroom and a further room, accessible through Bedrooms 1 and 2, suitable as a dressing room, study or occasional bedroom. Two rear rooms open onto a balcony with countryside views.

The second floor comprises a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/living area, accessed from the main house and by an external spiral staircase. It may offer independent-style accommodation, subject to any necessary consents.

Outside are driveway parking for two vehicles, gardens, an outbuilding and the adjoining field with separate track access. The field is not fully stock-proof. Livestock use requires the landlord’s prior written agreement; pigs are not permitted. Any additional fencing would be at the tenant’s cost and subject to agreement.
