I initially contacted Barbara Smith after seeing a property advertised and, despite the very short notice, she managed to arrange a viewing for me within an hour of the property going live, with the viewing taking place that same afternoon. Martyn Hunter met us at the property and was brilliant. I decided to put an offer in and, incredibly, within another couple of hours the offer had been accepted by the vendor. Elizabeth Taylor then took care of all the paperwork and documentation, and by the following day I had everything sent through to my inbox. The whole process was unbelievably quick and straightforward, and everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and extremely efficient.
