My experience of dealing with the team in Bishop Auckland has been a-maz-ing!; from the initial "walk-round" of the property with Martyn to the day-to-day dealings with Amanda, Elizabeth and Barbara in the office, who were handling the deluge of enquiries and viewings, everyone has been super friendly and very efficient.
