Lauren Donnan has communicated effectively with us following the reporting of a fault with the property. She has arranged for contractors to visit & although it is currently unresolved, the reason for the fault has been identified and we are confident that through Lauren working with the landlord the defective alarm will be replaced shortly.

Had my first annual inspection not so long ago with newbie Paige who was very friendly. Upon inspection was asked if I had any issues that needed sorting which I had 2, no hot water and a towel warmer that didn't work. Paige sent an electrician out the following week and both problems were fixed. Belting service and customer care.

I am truly happy with how they manage my tenancy. Every time a little problem arises they are promt to send a handyman to fix it. You can always reach them. I would recommend them 💯%

I have no hesitancy in giving 5 stars for the level of service I have received as a landlord of properties that are now managed by JWW Lettings. Paul and Gill go more than the extra mile to ensure that properties are well managed, checks are thorough during tenancy change-overs, and I am kept up-dated with any relevant information in general, which is very reassuring. I would imagine that tenants feel equally supported, enabling landlords to act should work need to be carried out, to ensure tenants are happy in their home.

First time renting out of university and the letting team at JWW (mainly Paul) were excellent at helping me through the process.
