Finding a place to live can be very stressful. I had used multiple letting agents who had proven this to be painfully true, but my experience changed when I walked into JWW Lettings in Durham. Had my first annual inspection not so long ago with newbie Paige who was very friendly. Upon inspection was asked if I had any issues that needed sorting which I had 2, no hot water and a towel warmer that didn't work. Paige sent an electrician out the following week and both problems were fixed. Belting service and customer care.

I have no hesitancy in giving 5 stars for the level of service I have received as a landlord of properties that are now managed by JWW Lettings. Paul and Gill go more than the extra mile to ensure that properties are well managed, checks are thorough during tenancy change-overs, and I am kept up-dated with any relevant information in general, which is very reassuring. I would imagine that tenants feel equally supported, enabling landlords to act should work need to be carried out, to ensure tenants are happy in their home.

First time renting out of university and the letting team at JWW (mainly Paul) were excellent at helping me through the process.

Very friendly and efficient agents who have helped us deal with all our housing issues in a friendly manner. When our fridge broke they we got a new one within the space of a week and all the people we've talked to, over email or the phone, have been very helpful.

So far, so good. To date we've found JW Woods Property Manager, Ashley Mitchell to be excellent. The service has been great, properties have been let out very quickly and rent targets have been achieved. Follow up with tenants has also been prompt and professional. We find JW Woods accessible and quick to respond. Highly recommended.
