Headed by Geoff Graham, Director, who is ably assisted by Jonathan Wheeler, our Sales Manager alongside David Gleason one of our experienced valuers. Our negotiators are Ann Stobbart, Sarah Graham and Julie Prendergast. In addition, we have Kelly Mahoney who is our sales coordinator and Denise Stephenson who deals with all of our administration.

When instructing JW Wood to sell your home you will be appointed a dedicated negotiator who will deal with the day to day running of your property sale. When the sale has been agreed, our dedicated sales coordinator team will take over the handling of the sale. They will regularly liaise with you, your buyer, both sets of solicitors, mortgage providers etc in order to ensure the sale proceeds to a speedy and satisfactory completion.

Geoff Robinson is available to carry out accompanied viewings where required. In order to ensure that the administration duties are dealt with efficiently, Denise Stephenson is on hand to assist the sales team.
