Can’t thank Julie L and the team enough for all the support with paperwork whilst purchasing our new home. We had unusual complications with ID checks , however we got there in the end. What a fantastic team who clearly communicate with each as every time I phoned everyone knew the problem and were sympathetic .The team then offered a solution and made the process easier for us as we are living 80 miles away in our holiday home. Thanks everyone I would certainly recommend you all for sale and purchase to Friends and Family in the future. Not one bad word to say about JW Wood Consett office! Julie & Denise have been absolutely amazing through the viewings to the offer on our dream house! I must admit I called the office multiple times a day which some estate agents have been a little let’s say ‘tired of’ yet not once were the lady’s there rude, tired or annoyed at my voice down the phone! From call backs, arranging viewings, relaying offers and then sending all documents for the acceptance to purchase has all been so easy and smooth sailing!

Notwithstanding a perceived problem, the agent obtained numerous offers around the asking price and although one offer fell through after lengthy procrastination by the proposed buyer Clare Richardson and her team rapidly obtained another offer at a higher price. Thereafter Clare became my point of contact and after several months during which numerous issues needed to be resolved, the sale has now been completed. They know about the job that they do, and the cadamarteri was fun. I have mainly had dealings with Denise and Julie who are both great to deal with. Now I’m going through the process of buying a property with yourself’s, a lady called Jade is dealing with it. I don’t recall meeting Jade before but I will say she has been great at helping me with this process. I generally keep myself to myself, but your staff at Consett make me a bit relaxed.
