I have been looking for a home and have used Yourmove, Hunters, Reads Rains and JW Wood. JWWood have been far and beyond, very good at their job. They know about the job that they do, and the cadamarteri was fun. I have mainly had dealings with Denise and Julie who are both great to deal with. Now I’m going through the process of buying a property with yourself’s, a lady called Jade is dealing with it. I don’t recall meeting Jade before but I will say she has been great at helping me with this process. I generally keep myself to myself, but your staff at Consett make me a bit relaxed. I found the staff at JW Wood very professional, understanding and helpful, if the member of staff wasn't available to speak to there was always a call back the same day. They were informative with updates and kept us in the loop and would always ensure viewings at the premises would go ahead if we couldn't make them personally. When taking the photos of the house feedback was given in terms of ensuring we got the best photos and revisits for the rooms that weren't quite right for the photos. Firstly I have never used this Estate Agent before, however they came highly recommended by a friend of my Dad. In simple terms if there was a 6th star then I would have given them that. From the very beginning they have been ultra professional in everything they have done. The process and the communications have been prompt and user friendly as everything was made clear and my understanding was checked at every stage. The ladies in the office are very polite, helpful and efficient and are a credit to the organisation however I must make a special mention of Adele. This lady is the person whom I have dealt with the most and she deserves to be recognised.
