Following the death of my brother, I appointed JWWood to sell his property. Notwithstanding a perceived problem, the agent obtained numerous offers around the asking price and although one offer fell through after lengthy procrastination by the proposed buyer Clare Richardson and her team rapidly obtained another offer at a higher price. Thereafter Clare became my point of contact and after several months during which numerous issues needed to be resolved, the sale has now been completed. Many thanks goes to Clare for the professional manner in which she has handled a multitude of issues from the time the property was listed for sale to completion.

I found the staff at JW Wood very professional, understanding and helpful, if the member of staff wasn't available to speak to there was always a call back the same day. They were informative with updates and kept us in the loop and would always ensure viewings at the premises would go ahead if we couldn't make them personally. When taking the photos of the house feedback was given in terms of ensuring we got the best photos and revisits for the rooms that weren't quite right for the photos. I would recommend them from start to finish.

Firstly I have never used this Estate Agent before, however they came highly recommended by a friend of my Dad. In simple terms if there was a 6th star then I would have given them that.
