All of the ladies I have dealt with have been so professional with advice but also very supportive with questions that weren't really their domain, at a time that's very stressful and nerve racking I feel like I can ring them and ask anything and it's never too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them! I never shopped around for quotes I knew from valuation I wanted to use them so can't compare them on price but even if they were a little more expensive I'd still use them. I found the staff at JW Wood very professional, understanding and helpful, if the member of staff wasn't available to speak to there was always a call back the same day. They were informative with updates and kept us in the loop and would always ensure viewings at the premises would go ahead if we couldn't make them personally. When taking the photos of the house feedback was given in terms of ensuring we got the best photos and revisits for the rooms that weren't quite right for the photos.
