Property surveyed by Adrian and indicated that it was a desirable property and identified a target price. Returned quickly too obtain detail, take photo’s for sale preparation. Only negative observation is that it took two weeks to prepare presentation for marketing. On the positive side, the property detail, photographs and description were superb, extremely professional. This attracted very quick response from prospective buyers resulting in the first people through the door putting in an excellent purchase price.
