Following the success of our all-inclusive ‘no sale, no fee’ promotion over the past two months we are extending the campaign until the end of March, offering clients a free marketing package which includes an Energy Performance Certificate and an HD video tour.

The promotion has helped get the new year off to a flying start, particularly in Consett, where we have been instructed to market more than 25 new properties for sale in January, and have provided 16 EPCs free of charge.
