We at JWW (JW Wood Estate Agents) are pleased to announce that we have acquired the lettings business of Liz and David Hewitson, trading as Red Hot Lettings in Darlington. JWW has been trading in and around county Durham since 1910 and is family owned and, for the last 50 years, run by the Johnson family, supported by a dedicated team of local directors and managers. The management team of Red Hot are moving to 6 Duke street to join Sue Stephenson, and her team and Liz and David are staying on for a while to ensure a smooth transfer. Gill and Charlotte will be joined by our property manager Paul Bannister and supported by our head of lettings, Ashley Mitchell.

David Hewitson says, ‘We have known and worked with Sue and her team at JWW Darlington and are delighted to pass on our clients to them. They will be well looked after, especially as Gill and Charlotte join them. We are so confident that we have asked them to manage our own portfolio of properties as we head towards retirement.’
