JW Wood Girls Run Muddy Mayhem For Charity

Last weekend, four intrepid, brave JW Wood employees took place in this year’s Muddy Mayhem at Hardwick Park. They were part of a 10-man all women team, raising money for the Alzheimer’s Society and Diabetes UK.

The 5 kilometre obstacle course included, cargo nets, climbing walls, tunnels, freezing open water, ditches and lots and lots of MUD.

“The challenge pushed our fitness, strength and nerve to the limit! All of the girls finished, I couldn’t have asked for a better group to run with!”

“I feel like I’ve been to hell and back, freezing cold water, mud and that awful under water tunnel. Would I do it again next year? DEFINITELY!”

Congratulations to them all for completing the course, and for managing to clean off all the mud!
