The Microsoft Surface Tablets, running a full windows operating system, allow our valuation team to take their electronic office with them. These devices allow property details and floor plans to be started whilst we are still in your home, speeding up their production and getting your property to hit the market in the shortest possible time. In addition, we are able to access our full database “on the move” allowing even greater efficiency.
