So, the new year has arrived, and with it, it seems comes confidence in the market from every aspect that I can see. Not only is my diary very busy with valuations of residential property, it is also hectic with meetings with builders who are seeking their next projects and developments. With all of this happening, it is quite clear that now the election is out of the way, and we have a relatively conclusive situation regarding the dreaded “B” word, builders, buyers and sellers are now feeling confident about the month ahead. Since the turn of the decade, we have agreed three land sales which demonstrates that there are plenty of people out there who are prepared to buy land to develop.
