The first 100 individuals have completed Relocation Agent Network’s new online training programme called The Importance of Service.
Relocation Agent Network, which consists of independent estate agents across the UK, introduced the training programme to ensure each member estate agent had the opportunity to provide high levels of customer service to clients.
The employees now become an accredited Relocation Agent Specialist by Relocation Agent Network, having completed three phases of learning.
This begins with four training sessions on the importance of customer service, followed by three online seminars covering the Relocation Agent Network Referral Process and how best to help customers relocating around the UK, and finally delivering real-life assistance to specific relocating customers.
