Our chairman, Keith Johnson, attended a royal garden party at Buckingham Palace last week, in the presence of HRH the Duchess of Cornwall, to commemorate the 150th anniversary of Barnardo’s.
Keith, alongside members of his committee in Durham, had an enjoyable day in London. The committee have organised a Sportsman’s Dinner in Durham for over 20 years and have raised over £300,000 to assist with the work of Barnardo’s in the Northeast.
