The day was packed with best practice ideas and top tips, to help us guide our buying and selling customers here across County Durham and Darlington.

Taking place on 18 November at the Sofitel Hotel and Conference Centre, Heathrow, we heard from a whole line-up of business experts including; top motivational speaker, Alex MacPhail; sales and marketing guru, Grant Leboff; and economist Roger Martin-Fagg - one of few who predicted the economic crisis - also gave us an update on the UK economy and residential property market.

The event culminated in a black tie Awards Dinner hosted by comedian and actor, Miles Jupp, who presented awards to the night's winning estate agents.
