JW Wood has the pleasure in welcoming Ian Creek to our JW Wood team in Darlington. Ian has worked in Estate Agency for the last 21 years including 7 years in the Middle East with spells in York, Cirencester and Middlesbrough.
For the last 7 years he has practised as a director running a small North East firm and has taken up his role as the director of our Darlington office.
In addition to residential sales, Ian has a professional qualification (MARLA) for residential lettings with The Association of Residential Lettings Agents.
Ian lives locally and is married with two daughters. He is a keen cyclist and a member of the Manila Cycling Race Team, he is planning to complete the 150 mile Coast to Coast challenge in a day for local charities.
