As promised, I would like to send you this acknowledgement of the superb professional, personal, and helpful service you have given me during the sale of my Dad’s property.

From the very beginning, you made me feel at ease by helping me understand the process and the requirements of your role and that of the Solicitors. Your wonderful, helpful, and cheery disposition was just what I needed to offset some of the emotions I was feeling due to the sale of my first and only other home I have known other than my current abode. I was in the property from the age of 6 months until I was 24 and the bungalow holds so many wonderful memories that I will treasure forever.

I hope in turn I wasn’t a pain for you and maybe I made your job a little easier or lifted your spirits a little. Please do not underestimate how much I appreciate everything you have done for me, you should be very proud of your achievements and in turn, your managers should know just what a star they have on their payroll.
