After initially deciding to stay in our own home we saw an ideal home with everything we wanted through Woods we decided to sell our home and for ease use woods also . Through the person who showed us round the house to the sales team and after sales team I cannot recomend them enough . They put up with my persistence ( mild Karen esk ) are always polite and so friendly and if everything does go through smoothly ( currently on the memorandum of sale ) brought in the correct buyer with a realistic price on the second viewing . I highly recommend

Property surveyed by Adrian and indicated that it was a desirable property and identified a target price. Returned quickly too obtain detail, take photo’s for sale preparation. Only negative observation is that it took two weeks to prepare presentation for marketing. On the positive side, the property detail, photographs and description were superb, extremely professional. This attracted very quick response from prospective buyers resulting in the first people through the door putting in an excellent purchase price. The three consultants, Jill, Vickie and Chloe, provided updates and communication and able to answer all my queries. JW Wood certainly delivered on their promises.
