A recent survey taken by Home Sale Network amongst its member estate agents has found a shift in the type of buyer entering the market today, compared to 10 years ago. Business is booming for a leading estate agent, with completed sales up more than a third compared to the same period last year. JW Wood staff in Durham are celebrating the 34 per cent rise in completions compared to the same five-month period in 2011.
